“Investors keep asking about the product”
The deck says Series A. The product still reads as a prototype.

We start with the number, then work back to the brief. Senior design and development for funded founders.
We find what's broken before we touch the interface
Three situations bring people here
“Investors keep asking about the product”
The deck says Series A. The product still reads as a prototype.
“People sign up and then disappear”
Acquisition works. Activation does not.
“After four months of work, we've only got screens”
You are managing five tools instead of building.
The brand
“The deck, the site, and the product look like three companies”
One system: positioning, identity, visual language, and the assets your team uses daily
The website
“It still describes the company we were eighteen months ago”
We rewrite the argument and build it in Framer or any other tool
The product
“Trial conversion sits below the category and nobody can say why”
We map the activation funnel and redesign the path to first value
The app
“Day 7 retention keeps moving the wrong way”
We design for the first session, before any feature list. iOS and Android.
Two things sit alongside this work: a design system, for teams about to hire their first internal designer, and full build, for teams with no engineering function or no appetite to coordinate two vendors.
We built this process for founders with real advantages to protect.
1
Pre-launch products, internal tools, unannounced features, advantages that only work while nobody has seen them.
Publishing that would undo the reason founders hire us. Judge us on something else instead.
2
Bring the product. We tell you what we see in it, live, before you have paid anything. It's a principal on the call, not a salesperson.
3
You get a written document mapped against your own analytics, and you keep it whether or not you continue.
4
Fixed scope, a defined output every two weeks, and a guarantee on the entry point. It's refundable if it doesn't pay for itself ten times over, in writing.
Every two weeks, the same loop
The people on your first call do the work. There is no handoff to juniors.
We agree the numbers before anything gets designed
Every engagement opens with a two-week Clarity Sprint: we go inside the product, benchmark against your category, and come back with what to fix and what each fix is worth.
Run on its own it is refundable, under the terms you sign beforehand, if it does not surface improvements worth at least ten times its cost in annual impact.
The Clarity Sprint runs from €5,500 to €8,500, depending on whether it includes a technical architecture review alongside the design audit. What comes after depends on what the Sprint finds, and we quote a specific number rather than a range once we know.
You send the form and hear from us the next morning, Central European Time. The call is half an hour with Ivan or Valeria — a principal, not a salesperson. Bring the product and we will tell you what we see in it, live, before you have paid anything. If it is a fit, the engagement opens with a two-week Clarity Sprint. If it is not, we say so on the call.
Yes. Tell us when you book and we will send a mutual confidentiality agreement ahead of the call.
Work runs in two-week sprints, and how many depends on scope. We will tell you on the call once we understand what you are building.
No. Some of the founders we work with are pre-launch and building toward a raise.
A freelancer executes the brief you hand them. A first in-house designer takes months to find, costs a salary before shipping anything, and covers one discipline out of the several a product needs. We work out what the brief should be from your own data, then design and build against it, starting in two weeks.
“Some of these calls end with us saying you don't need us yet. That is a real outcome, and thirty minutes is a cheap way to find out.”
Tell us about your project and the number you're trying to move. You don't need a finished brief, just a specific problem.
